SUNSHINE MENTORSHIP // EDITORIAL

When Erin wrote me about wanting to schedule her mentorship session, she shared a few color palettes with me that she was especially inspired by.

One of them was yellow and my heart about jumped outta my chest.

I've found that many people avoid yellow in the floral world. Especially nowadays where the most praised hues are muted and moody. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE those tones/colors too, but what Erin was proposing was fun and different and I'm so glad she wasn't afraid to take a chance on golds and mustards and sunshine and citrus.

I brought Stephanie on board from This Modern Romance, and we collaborated on the creative/styling and art direction and sort of turned the whole mentorship session into an editorial.

I'm so excited to be able to share everything we put together below, and even more of it today over on ONCE WED.
