Siren Floral Shop is an artful/boutique floristry and design company + retail space based in Oceanside, CA. We’re currently looking for shop designers to help us execute floral orders, as well as handle some front of house/customer interaction for our new retail space. Ideally, this applicant has great customer service skills, can think quick-on-their feet, is proactive, and does beautifully under stressful situations. They are a great communicator, team player and incredibly creative, thoughtful, warm, and self-motivated.

Applicants must have some background in floral design and ideally some retail/customer service experience. Floral shop/ordering/recipe-building experience is a MAJOR plus.

This is a part-time position, with limited hours to start and potential for growth within the company.


tasks include

Designing florals + online order help +  customer management for Siren Floral Shop/retail space. This includes but is not limited to:  

+ designing weekly shop orders in a timely, efficient and artful manner

+ potential help with in store event production / event florals

+ customer service in the retail space

+ help prepping online retail + flower orders/fulfillment

+ general shop tasks such as restocking, cleaning buckets, processing blooms, etc.

+ potential help receiving florals to design for orders / market pickups


requirements

1 year+ in floristry whether working for a shop or having built their own business.

Art background, retail background. Floral shop/ordering experience.
